Shipping Policy

ALL ORDERS HAVE A PROCESSING PERIOD OF 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS, REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF SHIPPING SELECTED. (EXCLUDING SATURDAYs, SUNDAYs AND HOLIDAYs)

After processing, you should look to receive your order within 3-7 days (this will vary depending on your location/post code).

COVID-19:

We are still shipping daily, there may be some delays within our carrier (USPS) during this time that is out of our control but we are getting your orders to the post office the same day that it is placed or the next day.

Please stay safe during these times, many blessings to you and your loved ones! Thank you so much for your love, support and understanding.

-To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time advertised, please make sure that your entire address is entered CORRECTLY.

If you realize that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to get the address changed for you. If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If there are any issues with verifying your address, we will try our best to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Avahnti Apparel, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be DEDUCTED from your merchandise refund.

This is a friendly reminder that you will receive your order within 3 to 7 days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you have chosen our standard shipping rate.

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

 

Missing packages, Stolen Packages, Packages that state DELIVERED but you have not received:

We are not responsible, nor will we take responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of our carriers. If your packages are lost, stolen or you haven't received it but it states DELIVERED please contact the shipping company.

If you have any delivery issues with your order after it has been stated DELIVERED please contact USPS or the shipping company that is attached to your tracking number.

Standard Shipping United States – $6.00

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier for our united states customers. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 3-7 days after purchase. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

Express Shipping United States – $25.50

All express packages are still subject to the 1-3 day processing period but we try to push them out the same day. Orders placed after 2PM are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day but will definitely be shipped by the next business day.

Express shipping orders placed will usually arrive within 1-3 business days from the shipped date.

 ***Order/Confirmation Number and Emails | Extra Shipping Information***

Order Number:

All order numbers are immediately shown on your screen once your transaction has been completed, it is also automatically sent to the email that you provided during the checkout process along with your order confirmation email. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

If you tried placing an order but did not see the thank you screen with your order number/confirmation then your order did not successfully go through our system.

Tracking Numbers and Delivery Emails:

Once we receive your tracking number and attach it to your order an email notification with the tracking number attached will be sent to the email provided during the transaction automatically. 

Again please check your spam/junk folder for all emails and other notifications.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to info@avahntiapparel.com

Extra Shipping Information:

If you have not received your order and it states delivered please contact the shipping company.

USPS:

All orders are shipped via USPS, if you order shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it or your order never arrived; PLEASE DO NOT WAIT 2-3 MONTHS TO CONTACT US OR THE SHIPPING COMPANY ABOUT YOUR ORDER.

It is crucial that the issue is taken care of in a timely manner. Also, once 60 days has passed USPS WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND FOR THE PACKAGE AND OUR COMPANY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.

For any and all order issues please contact USPS as the issue is no longer on us once we place the package in their hands.
